Step 1: The process begins with Zaaz Whole Body Vibration for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Next is 20-30 minutes in our Far infrared Sauna, or our traditional outside sauna.

Step 3: This is followed by our Cold Plunge. The Cold Plunge average temperature is approximately 45 degrees. Allow 15 minutes.

Step 4: We complete the treatment with 20 minutes in our Theralight 360 Red Light Bed. This Is an FDA Class I and Class II registered device.
